Service Orders

Work orders that price themselves, from intake through to the ledger.

Take the job in, quote it from an AI-generated flat-rate labour manual, dispatch it, track every hour and part against it, sublet what you do not do in-house, and post the whole thing to the right division's books. Labour is priced from op codes at the rate tier that applies to the customer or the work — not one flat rate for everything. Shop supplies calculate as a percentage of labour rather than being remembered. Tax is decided per work order. AI used on the job is metered to that job and held in WIP until the order posts.

Connected by design

This module uses the same tenant identity, permissions, shared records, automation events, and reporting conventions as the rest of AppSite. It can be introduced independently without creating another isolated data silo.
