Built for service businesses. Owned outright when you’re ready.
AppSite SDK
The platform underneath the platform.
AppSite is a multi-module ecosystem delivered as code — tenant-isolated, server-authorized, and shipped to repositories you own. This page is the technical picture: how it’s built, how access works, and how your team plugs into it.

Architecture
One data layer, many modules.

Each AppSite module — CRM, Service Orders, Invoicing, Studio, and the rest — is a distinct application sharing a single tenant-scoped data layer. Modules are composed per deployment: a tenant runs the modules its industry preset enables, and every module reads and writes the same records. There is no sync step between modules because there is nothing to sync.
The ecosystem is built as a set of Git modules — a Next.js application core alongside static module sites — versioned and delivered independently. A deployment is a composition of module versions, not a monolith.
Multi-project, multi-owner.One AppSite environment can host multiple projects with different owners per project. Ownership, membership and roles are defined per project; tenants are isolated automatically at the data layer. A member of one project cannot reach another’s data — not by policy document, but by scope.
Tenancy & authorization
Access is decided server-side.

Scoped by tenant, member and role. The rules that grant access never run in the browser, so a signed-in client cannot widen its own permissions by editing a request.
Single sign-on issues short-lived tokens per module rather than a password per system. Removing a member removes them everywhere at once.
Credentials stay server-side. API keys and platform secrets are reached through proxies — never delivered to a browser, never pasted into a contractor’s config. Keys are write-only once stored, and rotate on a schedule.
API & connectors
117 connectors, under the same permission model.
The AppSite API connector exposes the platform’s data layer to your own tooling and to approved third-party systems, scoped by the same tenant/member/role model as the UI — there is no separate, wider “API permission” to audit.
Rate and traffic quotas apply per tenant project. Enterprise tenants can configure direct billing for API traffic against their own accounts.

Deployment model
We deliver software. You deploy it.

Enterprise environments run in your Google Cloud organization, on projects and a billing account you own. AppSite holds no standing access to your environment — releases are delivered to repositories you control, and your team performs the deployment.
Developer access is a seat, not a status. Each developer seat is a named grant. Each developer works on their own branch, and that branch is enforced at deploy time rather than by convention — one person cannot push straight to what your business is running on.
Everything is recorded. Deployments, key rotations and policy acceptances are logged as they happen. The cybersecurity module scans the platform and executes remediations — it fixes findings rather than filing them.
Governance
Why this matters for AI rollout.

Companies adopting AI face a question that has nothing to do with model quality: what can the AI reach, who authorized it, and where do the token costs land? A single shared high-balance AI account answers none of that — you can’t manage the spend or the people behind it.
AppSite treats AI access like every other access: scoped per tenant, per member, per role, with usage attributable to the seat that incurred it. The AI operates inside the same boundary as everything else, under the same audit trail. Governance isn’t a policy you write; it’s how the system is built.
Getting access
SDK and developer access come with AppSite Enterprise.
Developer seats are purchased per named person and can be granted or revoked at any time from your environment. Every seat carries AppSite Academy.
