What you earn

Every badge is a named set of courses, not a participation mark. It appears on your portal profile the moment the last course in it is complete — read from the real completion record, so it cannot be awarded by anything except finishing.

All three badges. It means someone can build on the platform, ship through the proper branch, and read their own bill — which is the whole point of a developer seat, and the reason the trophy is worth more than the certificate.

Taught inside the platform

The Academy is not a separate course site with its own login. It runs in the Training module, so a lesson can drive the real module in the pane beside it — reading “open Work Orders” actually opens Work Orders. Progress is saved per step, so somebody who stops mid-shift resumes exactly where they were, and finishing produces a badge on their profile read from the real completion record.
