Courses run in LIVE mode: the lesson drives the real module in the opposite Desk pane, and module names inside the lesson text are clickable — so reading "open Work Orders" actually opens Work Orders next to you. A course knows which module it belongs to, either declared or inferred from its own content, so existing courses gained this without being rewritten. Progress is per STEP so people resume where they stopped, badges are read from the completion record itself, and assigners see status only — never answers.
