AppSite AI · VS Code
Your tenant’s AI,
where you write the code.
The AppSite AI - CLI Extension brings your tenant’s AppSite AI and the appsite CLI into VS Code. Select code, ask, and type / for commands.
Version 0.1.0 · published by Appsations, Inc. · installed from this file for now.
Your tenant’s AI
The same AI as the AI module, in your editor
The extension signs in with your own AppSite account and asks the same AppSite AI service the AI module’s pages call — so it is your tenant’s AI, as you. If the service refuses a question, the extension shows the reason it gave.
Your own plan
Or the appsite CLI, on your computer
Switch to My CLI and the appsite CLI on your computer answers instead — on your Claude Code subscription, then Google’s agy, GitHub Copilot or Codex. The question goes to your own plan, not through AppSite AI.
Private by construction
Only what you can see goes
Just the selection (or the open file), capped in size, with keys and tokens removed first; files like .env are never attached whole. The chat shows what will be sent before you send it.

Type / in the chat. They cost no AI tokens.
