Books
One master chart of accounts, many divisions, one consolidated company.
Every division posts to the SAME master chart of accounts, so each arm of the business runs its own books without inventing its own account numbers — and the Company view consolidates all of them without a spreadsheet. Division isolation is by the transaction, not the account, so a master account shows each division its own numbers. Access is default-deny: a division's ledger is invisible to anyone without an assigned role on it, and consolidation never becomes a way to read books you were not given.

Connected by design
This module uses the same tenant identity, permissions, shared records, automation events, and reporting conventions as the rest of AppSite. It can be introduced independently without creating another isolated data silo.
