Invoicing

Invoices built from the work, numbered in sequence, posted to the ledger.

An invoice is assembled from what actually happened — service orders, parts, and the customer record — rather than retyped from them. Numbers are issued in sequence so there are no gaps to explain. Every line points at an income account on the master chart, scoped to the division that earned it, so the invoice and the books agree without a reconciliation step. The customer comes from the shared contact record, so an address corrected once is corrected everywhere.

Connected by design

This module uses the same tenant identity, permissions, shared records, automation events, and reporting conventions as the rest of AppSite. It can be introduced independently without creating another isolated data silo.
