Health & Wellness
Spas, clinics, fitness studios, and wellness centers — appointments, memberships, and client care.
Deploy the 15 modules configured for health & wellness, from the full platform — one customer record, one set of books, and no re-entering the same job in three systems.

Health & Wellness
A wellness business sells time and trust: a class booked, a session held, a membership kept. The software around that — a booking page, a client list, a card on file, a follow-up — is usually five tools that do not talk to each other, so the same client is typed in again at every step.
On AppSite the client is one record. The person who books a session is the person you schedule, invoice, message and thank, and the books you close at month-end are made of the same entries. The modules below are the set a wellness practice starts with; switch on the rest when you need them.

The same loop runs a yoga studio, a spa, a clinic or a one-person practice. Here is where each module sits in it.
01
Found and booked
Keep the sessions, classes and packages you offer — with their prices, options and durations — in one catalogue, and book them into your calendar with the price and duration already attached. Put the same offers in a searchable catalogue clients can browse.

02
Held and kept
Plan teachers, practitioners and rooms on shared calendars, with reminders to your team before each session, while the client’s history, notes and follow-ups stay on their record — so whoever greets them knows who they are.

03
Paid and tidy
Turn what was delivered into a branded invoice, record the payment against the client and the invoice, and keep refunds and references traceable. Clients can see their own invoices and payments in their portal.

Kept in touch
Tell the story of the practice: run a podcast or editorial calendar, keep your social links and destinations in one place, and let AI help draft and summarise while a person stays in control.

05
Run as a business
Capture expenses and receipts with approvals, keep your books on one chart of accounts, and write down how your practice works — intake steps, house rules, class plans — as documents your team can find.

Everything side by side
Open the booking beside the client record, or the ledger beside the invoice, in one workspace with one sign-in. Supervised assistants can take on repeatable chores, inside approvals you set.

Studios and classes
Yoga, pilates, movement and fitness studios that run a timetable, a roster of teachers and returning students.
Spas and clinics
Massage, physiotherapy, chiropractic and holistic practices that book by the appointment and care about each client’s history.
Coaches and retreats
Coaches, counsellors, retreat hosts and workshop leaders who sell programmes and want a home for their content as well as their calendar.
Cafés and community spaces
Places where a wellness offer sits beside a counter — classes upstairs, a menu downstairs — and the bookkeeping has to cover both.
Questions practices ask
Do I have to switch all of these modules on?
No. The list is where a wellness practice usually starts. Every module is optional, and any module not on the list is available as an add-on from the same workspace.
Is the client record shared between booking, billing and the portal?
Yes — that is the point of the platform. Contacts, bookings, invoices and payments are connected records, not copies kept in separate tools.
Can my clients book and pay on their own?
Not yet on their own — your team books a session into Scheduling, and the client pays the invoice through a card payment link. The Customer Portal gives clients a branded place to see their invoices and payments.
Is AppSite a medical records system?
No. AppSite runs the business side of a practice — booking, clients, billing, communication. If your work involves health records, keep clinical notes in the system your regulator expects and check your own obligations before storing anything sensitive anywhere.
Can I try it for my own practice before committing?
Yes — use “Configure for Wellness” and book a discovery call, or email yourself the preset from the form on this page.
