What is AppSite.ca?
AppSite.ca is the home of AppSiteTM — a connected business operating platform by Appsations, Inc. One sign-in, one shared database, and a full suite of modules that run a business end to end.
The short answer
AppSite.ca is the home of AppSiteTM, a business operating platform built and operated by Appsations, Inc. Instead of stitching together a CRM from one vendor, invoicing from another, and scheduling from a third, AppSite gives a business one connected system: every module shares the same sign-in, the same database, and the same design language.
A business on AppSite runs its day from a single desk — customers, work orders, parts and products, books, invoicing, purchasing, expenses, scheduling, training, and more — with data flowing between modules instead of being re-typed into them.
One platform, connected modules
AppSite is modular by design. Each capability is its own focused app, and every tenant enables just the modules they need. Because all modules read and write the same backend, a contact created in CRM is the same contact your work orders bill to, the same customer your portal signs in, and the same record your books reconcile against.
- Operations — Service Orders, Scheduling, Bookings, Tech Portal, Customer Portals
- Commerce — Products, Purchasing, Invoicing, Payments, Offerings, Subscriptions
- Back office — Books, Expenses, Reports & Analytics, Docs, Storage
- Growth — CRM, Social Media, Events, Studio, Blogs, Podcast
- Governance — Cybersecurity & compliance, Training, Admin & role management
Divisions, roles, and one company view
Tenants can organize into divisions — sub-entities of the company that keep their own records while rolling up to one consolidated company view. Access is role-based: what a person can see and do follows their role on their contact record, across every module, from one sign-in.
Our approach to AI: inference, not autonomy
AppSite uses AI deliberately and conservatively. Every AI feature on the platform is inference: a model is handed a specific piece of your data — a receipt to read, a work order to summarize, a draft to write — returns its suggestion, and stops. No AI on AppSite runs unattended, sets its own goals, or takes action on its own. It is a tool that answers when asked, not a system that thinks for itself.
A person is always in the loop. AI output arrives as a suggestion — a proposed line item, a drafted description, a recommended account — and becomes part of your records only when someone reviews and accepts it.
The plumbing is held to the same standard. AI requests run through the platform’s own server-side proxies, so API keys never reach a browser. Every call is metered and logged, with token usage and cost visible down to the individual request — accountable AI, not invisible AI.
Your data is used to answer your request and nothing more. Requests are scoped to your tenant and processed through enterprise AI APIs that do not use your data to train models.
Shared platform or your own environment
Most tenants run on the shared AppSite platform: their own secured tenant space on infrastructure Appsations operates. Enterprise tenants go further — a dedicated environment on their own Google Cloud project, their own domain, their own encrypted database and storage, and a GitHub repository they own holding every line of their custom configuration. Enterprise is about independence, not headcount.
The company behind it
AppSiteTM is built and operated by Appsations, Inc., and appsite.ca is its tenant platform within the broader Appsations network. The platform is developed continuously, with every module versioned, deployed, and documented under one engineering practice — the same discipline new developers learn in the platform’s own onboarding courses.
